CAR SNATCHING! Police bust robbery gang led by fake soldier, recover ammunition [Photos]
The Police have busted a robbery gang led by a fake soldier and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition.
According to reports, the gang was busted by operatives of the federal special anti-robbery squad (FSARS).
The robbery gang allegedly specialised in car snatching from innocent victims at gunpoint in the federal capital territory, Kaduna and Benue states.
The suspects have been paraded by the police.
The arrest and parade of the gang come few months after the Lagos State Police Command smashed a notorious armed robbery gang known as ‘NO CASE’.
Before meeting their waterloo, the gang allegedly terrorised residents of Ejigbo and its environs.
No Case suspected leader, Kazeem Segun aka omi (water), had been on the command’s wanted list for a while. He was arrested alongside a suspected member of his gang, Kazeem Femi, by policemen attached to Ejigbo Division.
