A yet to be identified male student who dressed as a lady to steal from a female hostel has been apprehended and paraded by the angry students.

The incident which reportedly happened on Wednesday at the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, was brought to the fore by the picture shared on social media by one of the students.

It was gathered that after the students have rough handled the suspect he was later taken away by the school’s security operatives.

The school’s management has not issued any official statement concerning the incident but it is a known fact that stealing within the school premises is a punishable offence.
