Fans excited as #BBNaijaHighlight trends on social media
As fans of the Big Brother Naija reality show await the 2021 audition, organisers of the programme have started broadcasting highlights of last year’s saga on designated DSTV channels.
Since the reality TV show started, it has elicited reactions from the viewing public.
As of the time of filing this report, #BBNaijaHighlight ranks first among the top trending topics on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.
Expectedly, fans were torn between housemates, sharing loyalty and support.
A Twitter user, @Alex_Houseof308 wrote:
“Trying to count how many accents Tochi used during this show.”
Recall that Tochi was one of the controversial housemates whose accent many fans find hard to place.
Many had poked fun at him saying it was unclear whether the accent was British, American or Swahili English.
Last week, another heated debate arose on the ‘bird app’ over which of the female housemates was prettiest.
Rico Swavey, a former housemate himself, had a few days ago named Nengi as the most beautiful female housemate ever on the show. His choice did not seem to go down well with other fans on the social media platform.
Another user @kgaiiey2 tweeted:
“The audacity to argue about Erica’s beauty Loudly crying faceBBN cameras didn’t do justice to this girl’s beauty damn, don’t come for Erica’s beauty!! Just don’t!!”
