Erica has granted her first interview since she got disqualified from the BBNaija reality TV show.

In the interview shared on Pulse, Erica apologized to everyone for her actions which breached house rules and earned her the disqualification.

She also expressed delight that she’s out of the BBNaija house and reunited with her loved ones.

She said, “I have apologized to the housemates before I left the house, and I’ll like to apologize to everybody who watched the show, all my supporters, fans, my family and friends.

“I am very sorry for my actions and I’m very sorry for saying those horrible words to Laycon.

“Laycon, I do not hate you. We had our disagreements but I don’t hate you. To all the people I insulted, I’m very sorry.

“It’s a day after I got disqualified. I’m happy to be outside. I feel relieved. I’m happy to see my loved ones and my supporters. I really needed that. So, I’m very happy to be outside the house.”

She went on to reveal the lesson she learnt from her time in the BBNaija house.

“The lesson I learnt from being in the house is that I should be fine being alone. I noticed that I wasn’t fine being alone. Now, I know I have to be fine being on my own,” she said.

On her relationship with Kiddwaya during the show, Erica said that their similarities drew her to him.

“What drew me to Kiddwaya is the fact that I feel like we kind of have some similarities. We are both carefree, we are not crazy, we are both complete babies. Our conversations just flowed very naturally. We are both cool.

“I do not think Kiddwaya feels the same way about me, but I don’t really care about that.

“I think Kiddwaya played a role in me getting strikes, but I think it’s my responsibility. I also think I played a role in him getting strikes too,” she added.
