The fourth addition to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s family and their second baby boy is reportedly on his way.

The big news that ‘Kimye’s’ surrogate was in labour was revealed by none other than Kourtney Kardashian while on Ellen DeGeneres’ show

The guest was momager Kris Jenner and she got a huge surprise while on the show.

Kourtney was there to bring six of Kris’ grandkids without her knowing and while having a chat, Ellen mentioned that Kim was the one who was supposed to show up.

That is when the older sister shared that “My mom doesn’t even know this but Kim’s surrogate went into labour so she’s at the hospital.”

Hearing this, Kris looked truly stunned as Kourtney went on to further explain that,

‘We had to keep it quiet but yes, that’s why she’s not here. Cause the surrogate went into labour and she’s there. Nobody knows so everyone in the audience don’t tell!’

The episode is set to air tomorrow but Ellen took to social media to share a clip of the massive reveal on her Twitter.

“I surprised @KrisJenner with 6 of her grandchildren. Then I surprised her with one more. Sending love to you, @KimKardashian and @KanyeWest! @kourtneykardash,” the host captioned the video.
