OVER 17 MONTHS AT HOME! Recalled lawmaker, Jibrin photographed doing this in his office [Photos]
The House of Representatives former Chairman, Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumini Jibrin, has shared some adorable pictures of his resumption on his Twitter handle after spending over 17 months at home.
The lawmaker assured that his experience of the last two years has prepared him even better to rededicate himself towards the service of Nigeria.
He wrote,
Today, I resumed representation of my constituency and legislative duties at the House of Reps. The experience of the last 2 years has prepared me even better to rededicate my self towards service of our country. I thank you for your support. I remain eternally grateful. A Jibrin
Recall that lawmakers at the green chamber on March 13, recalled Jibrin from suspension. The lawmaker was suspended on September 28, 2016 for 180 legislative days after he read a speech during the plenary on July 20, 2016 alleging fraud in the budget, and went ahead to make public some vital documents, which his colleagues considered damaging.
