Nigerian comedian and actor, Bright Okpocha, popularly known as Basket Mouth, has said some people don’t love others because they are struggling to love themselves.
The Comedian took to his Instagram page to preach the essence of love to his followers and made reference to a Bible verse from the book of Matthew 22:39.
He wrote:
“And you must love your neighbour as you love yourself”-Matthew 22:39
“You cannot give what you do not have”- Wise Old Adage.
“The degree of desperation for validation by others, is proof that some people are struggling to love themselves. So how can they love thy neighbour?”
