Afrobeats star, Davido, has responded to allegations by a South African woman who claimed the singer sent her private messages while married to Chioma.
The woman, who is known online as Lesthabo, shared a series of screenshots on social media which she alleged were conversations between herself and the musician.
In the purported exchanges, Davido allegedly complimented her appearance, expressed admiration for her name, and asked questions about her background.
She also posted another screenshot that appeared to contain a warning of possible legal action over the posts.
Davido, however, rejected the claims and questioned the authenticity of the screenshots.
In response, he shared an image of his own messages interface, pointing to what he described as noticeable differences between the actual platform layout and the screenshots circulated by Lesthabo.
“Its adults really believing that the screenshots are real. This is how the messages pane should look like. Check the differences. Thats just a teenager fishing for attention online, and yall falling for it,” he wrote.
