The Arab Parliament has denounced the Iranian attacks on Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan, describing the strikes as a grave violation of the sovereignty of Arab nations and a threat to regional peace.
In a statement, Arab Parliament Speaker Mohamed Al Yammahi said the attacks contravened international law and the United Nations Charter, warning that they marked a dangerous escalation capable of undermining security and stability across the region.
He said the continued attacks, particularly those targeting vital civilian infrastructure, required a firm response from the international community.
Al Yammahi called on the international community and the UN Security Council to fulfill their legal, political and moral responsibilities by taking urgent and decisive steps to halt the attacks and prevent their recurrence.
The Arab Parliament also reiterated its full solidarity with Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan, expressing support for the measures adopted by the four countries to safeguard their sovereignty, security, citizens and residents.
