Chelsea maintained their dominance over Crystal Palace with a 3–1 Premier League victory at Selhurst Park on Sunday, extending their unbeaten run against the Eagles to 18 matches.

The Blues took the lead in the 34th minute when Estêvão capitalized on a wayward backpass from Jaydee Canvot, raced past Tyrick Mitchell, and drilled the ball past goalkeeper Dean Henderson.

Chelsea doubled their advantage early in the second half, with Estêvão assisting João Pedro, who cut inside Adam Wharton and slotted home. A penalty from Enzo Fernández, awarded after Canvot handled Pedro’s shot, made it 3–0.

Palace’s struggles deepened when Adam Wharton received two yellow cards in five minutes for fouls on Moisés Caicedo, earning a red card that rules him out of their next match against Nottingham Forest.

Chris Richards tapped in a late consolation for Palace in stoppage time, but Chelsea held on through nine added minutes to secure the win.

The victory lifts Chelsea to fourth in the Premier League under manager Liam Rosenior, who becomes the first English manager since Steven Gerrard in 2021 to win his first two top-flight matches in charge.

Crystal Palace’s winless run now stretches to 11 consecutive competitive games.
