2023: Buhari better hope ‘backstabbing’ Osinbajo never becomes President – Reno Omokri
A former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has opined that The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) should hope his ‘backstabbing’ vice, Yemi Osinbajo, never succeeds him in 2023.
WuzupNigeria reported that Osinbajo officially declared intentions to run in next year’s presidential election on Monday morning with a few months left to the end of the Buhari regime.
However, in a reaction to Osinbajo’s declaration, Omokri labelled him a backstabber, noting that his declaration statement is “watery”.
According to Omokri, Osinbajo backstabbed Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (an instrumental figure in his political career) who is also running for presidency under the All Progressives Congress.
Speaking further he concluded that Osinbajo wouldn’t hesitate to backstab Buhari if he becomes Nigeria’s next president just as he did Tinubu.
“Wow! So, Osinbajo is declaring? If Osinbajo can stab Tinubu, who God used to make him what he is, in the back, then Buhari better hope he never becomes President. Backstabbing is a habit. If Osinbajo can backstab Tinubu, he can definitely backstab Buhari after 2023!
“Osinbajo said he is running to ‘provide jobs for millions’. The fellow has been in charge of Nigeria’s economy for the last 7 years, according to Buhari himself. Yet, Nigerians have lost millions of jobs created by other administrations. His job record is abysmal!
“Osinbajo’s declaration speech was watery. He says he is running to ‘complete the task’ that Buhari started! Buhari stated extreme poverty and overwhelming security for Nigeria. If Osinbajo is running to “complete” that task, then he is running to destroy Nigeria!”
