JUST IN: Force headquarters appoints Olumuyiwa Adejobi as new spokesman
The Nigerian Police Force Headquarters, on Saturday, announced the appointment of Olumuyiwa Adejobi, a former Public Relations Officer for Ogun Command as its new spokesman in Abuja.
Adejobi, a chief superintendent of police, replaced Frank Mba, who has been nominated by the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Mba, to embark on a senior executive course at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos
Adejobi attended the University of Ibadan where he studied Archeology and Geography (Combined Honours).
He also bagged a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the same University. Adejobi was the PPRO for the Ogun State Command between 2008 and 2016.
He was also the PPRO Zone 2 Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos, in 2016 and PPRO Lagos State Police Command between September 2020 and August 2021.
