International music act, David Adeleke, aka Davido was overly excited as Nigerian singer Victor Anthony, aka Victony, stood up to perform on his feet for first time after he had an accident in April.
This happened in the wee hours of the morning at the ‘A Decade of Davido’ concert by Flytime entertainment.
In April 25, 2021, Victony had a ghastly car accident and after undergoing a major operation, he was confined to a wheelchair.
However, in an ‘absolutely thrilling’ moment, the singer stood up from his wheelchair and performed ‘Holy Father’ alongside Mayorkun.
The video which was shared by the organisers of the event via their official Instagram page saw Victony saying “For the first time, I want to perform Holy Fire properly, okay? On my feet!”
Amid cheers and with support from Davido and another person on stage, the singer stood from his seat to perform.
While he stood up, Davido screamed, “Jesus is good.”
