COVID-19: Ghana’s National day of prayer, fasting will shift things- Nathaniel Bassey
Popular Nigerian Gospel artist, Nathaniel Bassey, has said that the National fasting and prayer day observed by Ghana will soon produce results.
Following the rise of confirmed cases in Ghana, the President, Nana Akuffo Addo declared that a day is set aside for national fasting and prayer against the COVID-19.
Reacting to this decision by the President, Nathaniel Bassey in a post on his Instagram page said that the country’s fasting and prayer will yield positive results.
Nathaniel wrote: “Your National day of prayer and fasting today will shift things.
“After we had the praise event early this morning, I had this dream where I was in a Ghanaian church. There were singing and prayers going on, all of a sudden everyone knelt almost at the same time.
“In the dream, I felt or knew it was something VERY POWERFUL.
We join our faith with yours, and those of God’s people around the world, today, that as you pray and fast, things will shift for good in the spirit and in our world in Jesus’ name!”
