Family and friends of former governor of Delta State, James Ibori are in a celebratory mood currently as he lands in his hometown, Oghara.Ibori arrived in Abuja, Saturday morning after spending four and a half years in jail in the United Kingdom. He was convicted for money laundering and fraud related crimes.
