Eight-year-old Ryan Kaji has topped the list of YouTube earners for the second year in a row, making $26million (£19million) in the year 2019.

Kaji and his parents review toys on the channel “Ryan’s World”, and increased their earnings from $22million (£16million) in 2018, according to an annual ranking by Forbes.

The figures are based on estimated earnings between June 2018 and June 2019.

Because he is a minor, Kaji’s parents have previously said most of the money he makes is being held in a fund to be put towards his college education.

The “Ryan’s World” channel normally releases daily videos of the family, from Texas, USA, unboxing toys and delivering their verdict.

YouTube accounts; Dude Perfect and Nastya came in second and third, with $20million (£16million) and $18million (£15million) respectively.

Between them, the ten highest paid YouTube stars earned $162million (£137million).
