An aspiring actress, Pradnya Parkar, allegedly committed suicide after suffocating her 18-year-old daughter, Shruti, to death.

The suicide note purportedly written by Pradnya stated that she was under extreme stress and hence killed her daughter Shruti and was going to kill herself too, Indian times reports.

Parker reportedly hanged herself at their Kalwa residence in Mumbai’s Thane, Indian State of Maharashtra.

According to multiple reports, Parkar was not getting jobs and her husband too was facing financial issues.
