UCL: Arsenal, Man Utd stunned in shocking loses
Manchester United and Arsenal both suffered losses in the Champions League on Tuesday night, with the former losing 3-2 at home to Galatasaray and the latter losing 2-1 away to Lens.
United took the lead in their match through Rasmus Hojlund, but the visitors equalized through Wilfried Zaha just six minutes later.
A mistake from Andre Onana forced Casemiro into conceding a penalty.
Casemiro was red carded, and Mauro Icardi smashed his penalty wide of the post. Icardi redeemed himself minutes later, with a cool finish over Onana to seal a memorable victory for Galatasaray.
Arsenal and Mikel Arteta suffered a tough evening in France as they lost both their unbeaten record as well as star player Bukayo Saka to injury.
Arsenal took the lead in their match through Gabriel Jesus, but Adrien Thomasson and Elye Wahi scored to give Lens victory.
The results leave United and Arsenal in second place in their respective groups, with both teams needing to win their next matches to stay in contention for the knockout stages.
