Mavin Records boss and music producer, Don Jazzy has given reasons why he hardly get upset.

Speaking on a segment of Apple Music radio with DJ Cuppy tagged ‘African Proverb’, Don Jazzy said,

“A lot of people say that I hardly get upset or I’m always happy. There is one proverb that actually explains that. It says, ‘Hot anger is not capable of cooking yams’, so no matter how upset one gets, one cannot boil yam with the annoyance.

“I don’t think there is any problem that cannot be solved or talked about. Most times, I feel when one gets upset and acts in anger, one might probably dig a bigger grave for oneself or make the matter even worse than what started the problem in the first place. So, sometimes, it is better to take a step back, relax and think about issues more clearly.”
