WE WILL DIE AGAINST ICELAND! – Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi assures
Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has assured Nigerians that they have put the loss against Croatia behind them and are ready to die in their match against Iceland on Friday at Volgograd Arena.
The Super Eagles after losing to Croatia in their opening match have to secure a win against Heimir Hallgrimsson’s men to avert an exit from the 2018 FIFA World Cup hosted by Russia.
Ndidi, who plays for Leicester City as a midfielder said on his Twitter handle,
“Even though we are players, we are also Nigerians. The loss is behind us, we die there in the next game.”
