Activist draws attention to ‘watery soup’ allegedly served to inmates in Kaduna prison
Activist Steven Kefason has called attention to the soup served to prisoners in Kaduna Custodial centre.
Kefason, who was once a political prisoner, shared bowls of soup that looks more like coloured water.
He tagged Rauf Aregbesola, the Minister of the Federal Ministry of Interior of Nigeria, to the post.
Steven Kefason also called out the Nigerian Correctional Center over the alleged maltreatment of inmates at Kaduna prison after he spotted the soup they were being served.
Kefason wrote:
“Dear @CorrectionsNg, Find attached the soup given to inmates in Kaduna Custodial center (Prison) this afternoon being 8th March 2020. Dear @raufaregbesola, As minister of interior what are u doing to check this poison served as food?”
