Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has publicly criticized Nigerian celebrities for their lack of financial support toward music video director TG Omori, who is reportedly battling severe health issues.

Recall that TG Omori recently shared that he underwent a kidney transplant in Lagos. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful as his body rejected the kidney donated by one of his brothers.

Since the news broke, several celebrities have posted messages of support on social media, but Portable has called them out for not backing their words with financial assistance.

In a video shared on his Instagram story, Portable expressed disappointment with the entertainment industry, accusing it of “fake love.”

He contrasted the response to TG Omori’s health crisis with the support shown to controversial cross-dresser Bobrisky during his legal troubles.

“TG Omori has a kidney problem, and celebrities are not donating money or a kidney for him,” Portable said.

“But Victor Osimhen and others donated money for Bobrisky, who adds no value. The industry is full of fake love.”

Portable’s outburst has sparked discussions on social media about the responsibility of celebrities to support each other during tough times, particularly in life-threatening situations like TG Omori’s.

As of now, there has been no official statement from TG Omori or his family regarding his current condition, and it remains unclear whether any fundraising efforts are being organized on his behalf.
