Video: Our ambition is driven by spiritual force, Ayade explains why he presented ‘Budget of Olimpotic Meristemasis’
The Governor of Cross River State, Prof Ben Ayade, has explained why he tagged the state’s 2020 Appropriation Bill ‘Budget of Olimpotic Meristemasis’.
Ayade, on Thursday, presented the 2020 budget pegged at N1,100,167,507, to the State House of Assembly and described the budget as one anchored on a belief “in the spiritual force, which is the third energy.”
He had told the lawmakers that the budget would “catalyse into existence a great opportunity for us all to put our hands and legs on the pedal and fill it off.”
Shortly after presenting the budget, Ayade’s jaw-breaking tag sparked hilarious reactions on social media, prompting some social media users to dig up other jaw-breaking tags of his previous budgets.
In 2016, it was Budget of Deep Vision, 2017: Budget of Infinite Transposition, 2018: Budget of Kinetic Crystallization 2019: Budget of Qabalistic Densification and 2020: Budget of Olipotic Meristemasis.
In a viral video, Ayade was seen explaining the rationale behind the “Budget of Olimpotic Meristemasis” to newsmen after presenting it to the lawmakers.

He said:
“We have an ambition that is not driven by reason; it is not driven by economic and financial analysis, it is driven by spiritual force beyond the normal that’s why it is Olimpotic.”
