VIDEO: Osinnachi’s remains arrive hometown for burial
The remains of the late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, have arrived in her home town in Amakpoke Umuaku community, Abia State, ahead of her internment today.
Osinachi passed away on April 8, 2022, and her family has accused her husband, Peter Nwachukwu, who has since been charged with culpable homicide, of domestic violence.
Meanwhile, her remains were received by her family members and sympathisers “at her father’s compound” in Isochi, Umunoci in Abia, according to BBCPidgin.
A night of worship was held in Osinachi’s honour in Abuja on Thursday, followed by a Night of Prayer held on Friday.
