In what could be described as a memorable moment, a viral video of a granddaughter surprising her grandmother has warmed the hearts of many people on the internet.

According to the video tweeted by Good News Correspondent, the elderly woman and her husband were seen posing at a beautiful location when the woman’s granddaughter surprised her after travelling 3,500 miles to meet her grandmom.

The elated elderly woman couldn’t help but cry happy tears as the young girl walked up from behind and tapped on her shoulder.
