One of the daughters of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Damilola Osinbajo and her husband Seun Bakare have welcomed a child.

The news was shared on social media by her sister Kiki Osinbajo who joyfully announced that she is the newest aunty in town.

She wrote: “Congratulations are in order… I’M THE NEWEST AUNTY IN TOWN. Congratulations to my big sister Dami & her husband (my brother) Seun. May this child be a source of Joy always. Thank you Jesus.”

Her mother, Dolapo Osinbajo also took to social media with a post praising God on the arrival of the baby.

All thanks and praise to God for His precious gift of a baby boy delivered today, to our children, Seun and Damilola Bakare. All glory to God,” she wrote.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo also shared on his Instagram page: “All glory to God, I am now a grand-dad! My daughter, Oludamilola & her husband Oluseun became parents to a wonderful baby boy this morning!”

Damilola and Seun got married in March 2018. Their wedding was graced by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).

Also present at the wedding in Abuja are Pastors Paul Adefarasin of House on the Rock and Bishop Mike Okonkwo of TREM.

Seun Bakare is the son of a billionaire oil magnate, Hajia Bola Shagaya.
