UCL quarterfinals: He gave Messi talent to destroy, man says after Man Utd fans commit Barca match to God’s hand
Some Manchester United fans seem to be jittery and in anticipation of defeat as the club is drawn against Barcelona in the quarter-final stage of the UEFA Champions League.
WuzupNaija reports that Manchester United had been drawn against the Spanish club in the champions league quarter finals draw held on Friday.
Some of the club’s fans have taken to Twitter to react to the draw and also express fears ahead of the match.
Some of the reactions were prompted by a post by a Twitter user @Prince_Xtra, who told Manchester United fans what to expect and ridiculed the club’s defenders, saying they are not fit to tame Barca playmaker Lionel Messi.
Taunting the English club fans, @prince_xtra posted photos of Messi and wrote:
“If Messi can destroy experienced defenders like Vidic, Ferdinand,Fabio and the rest. Then I would like to know who smalling, Shaw and the rest would look like on that day “
When a United fan responded to the tweet and said they had committed the match into God’s hands, He responded:
“God didn’t give Messi that talent for jokes, he gave him to destroy”
