Age seems to get nothing on American singers Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.

The duo delivered breathtaking performances at the NFL Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday night that has kept fans and other social media busy with debates and outpouring of accolades.

The Super Bowl LIV was the American football game played to determine the champion of the National Football League for the 2019 season.

J Lo, 50, and Shakira, 43, held the audience at the Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, Florida in the United States spellbound when they mounted the stage during their halftime show to deliver a classy medley of pop hits.

Their breathtaking performance with a blend of hip-twisting skills has set tongues wagging on social media.

Many social media users have taken to the microblogging site to praise singers while others also shared videos of moment they were trying to imitate Shakira’s hip-shaking dance from their rooms.

So outstanding was their performance that it stole the show and dwarfed the main event – Super Bowl, garnering more mentions across social media platforms than what is supposed to be the big event.
