Tweeps in frenzy as GB WhatsApp gets creepier with new voice denial feature

Published

GB WhatsApp gets creepier by the day and Twitter users aren’t keeping quiet over the new voice denial feature updated on the unofficial application which is a mimic of Mark Zuckerberg’s megamoney app.

The GB version may be similar to Zuckerberg’s WhatsApp but it’s no way friendly to legal citizens on the actual WhatsApp network – YES, you’re not safe.

#DidYouKnow: Any GB WhatsApp user on your contact is a popo, spy or an illegal FBI agent on your tail. (Keep your friends close and enemies closer!)

The app defies every sensible rule to privacy in terms of your multimedia contents and chats and there are few other features that bypass the control given to you by the original app.

#DidYouKnow: Just like a man denying impregnating his decade-old lover, GB WhatsApp users can do a one night-stand by sending cryptic vn to their grumpy boss or step parents and pretend its a BC.

There are features like hiding online status, airplane mode and the GB version can be used across Android & IOS Devices.

Other tweaks to the app include the ability to hide last Seen, hide second tick, hide blue tick, hide typing a message, preview and confirm before sending sticker, send messages to anyone without forwarding tag, and so on.

Asides from access to your already deleted WhatsApp statuses and messages the new GB WhatsApp 8.70 has now granted access to voice changer feature for voice notes… Yes, you can now change the way your voice sounds when you send a vn.

#DidYouKnow: The chats and statuses you mistakely uploaded and deleted within seconds on your actual WhatsApp are still very visible to GB WhatsApp users?…. ‘careful what you post!’

There are about ten different voices on the new version including the robot, baby, drunk, slow motion, as well as underwater voice feature, ain’t that just creepy?

The news of the update hit Twitter on Tuesday morning and tweeps have been dragging GB Whatsapp users since morning with at least 19.1K tweets, at the time of this report, making it the number one trending topic on Twitter in Nigeria.
