A trailer in motion lost control and ran into men of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) riders stationed at Oshodi bridge.
Luckily, the officers were quick to evade the danger by jumping out of the way but their bikes and gears are damaged beyond repair.
This happened late last night.
All parties involved are at Bolade Police station for investigation.
