MOTORCYCLE THEFT! Two men hack neighbour to death, conceal his body in a sack [Photos]

Officers of Ogun State Police Command have arrested two young men who allegedly hacked their neighbour to death.

The suspects whose names were given as Patrick Udom, 35, from Akwa Ibom State and James Roland, 25, from Delta State conspired to kill one Happy Patrick, a cyclist in Imodi-Imosan.

Reports said the suspects after killing their neighbour stole his Bajaj motorcycle and concealed his corpse in a sack and dumped it in a bush.

The state command spokesman, Abimbola Oyeyemi, who made this known to journalists said the prime suspect, Udom, had made a confessional statement to the police.

The spokesman said the victim who lives in the same neighbourhood with the suspects was murdered to facilitate the theft of his motorcycle.

He said police officers have already recovered the corpse of the victim which the suspects hid in a sack and dumped in a nearby bush.

Oyeyemi further stated that the police also recovered from the suspects, two cutlasses, hammer and a dagger that were allegedly used to kill the motorcyclist.
