Manchester United and Scottish football legend, Sir Alexander Chapman Ferguson CBE, on Friday turned 80 years.
Ferguson is widely regarded as the greatest football manager of all time, and has won more trophies than any other manager in the history of football.
He is best known for managing Premier League club Manchester United from 1986 to 2013 and also remembered for his infamous hair dryer treatment.
The former manager was captured sitting in the stand among the spectators as United Stars put up a resilient performance to give him a befitting birthday on the eve of his birthday.
Fergie, as he is fondly, called is married to wife, Cathy with whom he has three children.
