Shocking: UNILORIN Phd student dies on morning of graduation (photo)
Sad tales of the demise of Dr Abdulhafeez Adedimeji, a doctoral degree graduate of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) rented the atmosphere during the institution’s convocation ceremony on Saturday, October 22.
According to reports, the Islamic cleric who doubles as a lecturer at the Fountain University, Osogbo, the Osun state capital, was confirmed dead in the early hours of Saturday, same day he was supposed to be pronounced a graduate.
Dr Abdulhafeez Adedimeji, the doctoral degree graduate who died on the day of his graduation.
Professor Badmas Olanrewaju Yusuf, the dean, Faculty of Post Graduate Studies of the institution, made this announcement during the presentation of awards to the about 166 doctoral graduates.
