Shiites, Police clash: Channels TV reporter, Precious Owolabi, dies of gunshot wounds
A reporter with Channels Television, Precious Owolabi, has died, after sustaining a gunshot wound to the stomach.
Channels TV confirmed his death during its News at 10 on Monday night.
Owolabi, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member, was shot during a clash between Shiites and the police in Abuja on Monday.

His death brings the official death toll to three although reports have it that the casualty figure may be higher.
WuzupNaija reports that a Deputy Commissioner of Police with the FCT command was gunned down during the clash.
