American actor, Willie Garson, best known for his role as Carrie Bradshaw’s best male friend in “Sex and the City” is dead.
He died aged 57.
Garson’s death was confirmed by his son, Nathan, who paid an emotional tribute to his dad.

“Rest in peace and I’m so glad you got to share all your adventures with me and were able to accomplish so much. I’m so proud of you,” Nathan said on Instagram.
According to TMZ, he had been battling cancer but the cause of death is still unknown.
