The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, is a year older today and family, friends, colleagues have wished the charismatic VP a happy birthday.

Oluyemi Oluleke “Yemi” Osinbajo was born on March 8, 1957, into the family of Opeoluwa Osinbajo at Creek Hospital, Lagos.

Prof Yemi is the 14th vice president of Nigeria and also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Osinbajo is a professor of law and until his inauguration as Vice President, a Senior Partner with SimmonsCooper Partners, a commercial law practice.

His wife Dolapo Osinbajo wrote a short birthday message and lovingly called him her best friend while the speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara described him as a man who epitomizes humility, intelligence, and patriotism.
