The Office of the National Secretary of the Retired Members of Nigerian Armed Forces has named journalist and media entrepreneur, Paul Ukpabio, Publisher of Paul Ukpabio Blog, as its official media partner.
The collaboration was facilitated through the office of Dr. Oamien Roy Okhidievbie, who is the National Secretary of REMENAF and also serves as Director of Media for the Coalition of Concerned Military Veterans of Nigeria.
Dr. Okhidievbie is additionally recognized for his role as a Human Rights Consultant with the United States Institute for Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), based in Washington, D.C.
A statement issued on Monday and made available to journalists by the REMENAF official media partner stated that the appointment of the publisher and his media platform is intended to strengthen media engagement for retired Nigerian service members by highlighting their welfare concerns, challenges, and contributions to national security, while ensuring their stories are accurately reported and broadly circulated.
