Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has accused fellow actress Angela Okorie of once trying to chase after her husband, Ned Nwoko.
The drama began after Angela Okorie held an Instagram Live session where she said she had forgiven actress Mercy Johnson and also spoke about her recent health struggles. During the session, Angela asked Mercy Johnson to apologise to people she may have hurt in the past.
Regina Daniels, who is close to Mercy Johnson, didn’t take the comment lightly. She responded strongly and defended her friend.
Things got more intense when Angela Okorie took a swipe at Regina, questioning her marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko because of the age gap between them.
Regina fired back on Instagram, making bold claims. She wrote, “He is certainly not your regular old man. He is everything your kind prays for but can’t attract. Don’t get me started to tell the world how you were chasing this same old man.”
Regina also told Angela not to compare herself to her. She claimed that she had achieved more than Angela in both music and acting, and didn’t need to create scandals for attention.
“Age? It’s just a number. What really counts is how you’ve lived, what you’ve built, and who you’ve become. The roads I’ve walked, the milestones I’ve hit with grace and not disgrace are places your bitterness will never take you,” Regina added.
As of now, Angela Okorie has not publicly responded to Regina’s new claims. The online clash between the two stars has continued to draw reactions from fans across social media.
