Real Madrid extend Thibaut Courtois’ contract until 2026
Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, has signed a new five-year contract that will run till the summer of June 2026, a club statement said.
The Belgian who had previously been in goal for defending La Liga champions, Atletico, joined Madrid in 2018 from Chelsea and has since been formidable at the Bernabeu.
“Real Madrid C. F. and Thibaut Courtois have agreed an extension to the player’s contract which will see him remain at the club for the next five seasons, up until 30 June 2026,” the statement read.
