Imo State residents are currently having fun as the state celebrates its 2016 carnival.
The event which had ushered in comedians, dancers and all forms of entertainers left the city agog with celebrations.
This year’s ceremony which was tagged: ImoMyPrideCarnival2016 has witnessed the presence of various eminent personalities both from home and abroad.
Recall that few days ago, former President Olusegun Obasanjo visited the state to contribute his own quota to the success of the event by accepting to be the guest speaker.
The President-elect of Republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, also paid a visit to the state after receiving Governor Rochas Okoracha’s invitation.
