Boycott Fani-Kayode’s press conference, Oyo NUJ orders members

The Nigerian Union of Journalist chairman, Ademola Babalola has ordered all journalists in Oyo state to boycott any press conference called by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode.

This directive was issued by the NUJ chairman on Monday while featuring on a live programme in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo state.

Recall that it was earlier reported that during a media briefings with some of the journalists after a recent tour of some South-South and southeast states, former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode lambasted a journalist who asked him about being bankrolled.

Former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode had insulted a Daily Trust reporter for asking him a question.

The Daily Trust reporter, Eyo Charles had asked the former minister who was bankrolling him in his tour but Fani-Kayode described Eyo’s question as ‘very stupid’.
