Osimhen, Nwakali for Nigeria U-20 qualifier in Sudan
On Thursday, Nigeria’s U-20 team flew out to Omdurman, ahead of this weekend’s AFCON u-20 qualifier against Sudan.
The Flying Eagles beat Burundi 3-1 over two legs in the previous round and will qualify for next year’s competition in Zambia, if they get past the North Africans on aggregate.
Coach Emmanuel Amuneke has dropped Funsho Bamgboye from the squad, while Victor Osimhen and Kelechi Nwakali are included.
