The Kwara Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps has confirmed one person dead and 10 others injured in a crash which occured on Saturday night.
The Kwara Sector Commander, Corps Commander Jonathan Owoade said that the accident, which occured at Lumoh village on Olooru-Shao road involved two vehicles.
Owoade however attributed the mishap to Speed Violations (SPV).
“There was a fatal crash this evening, involving two vehicles, a commercial Volkswagen Sharon Bus with registration number KEY 875 ZF and a commercial DAF trailer with registration number T-8326 LA.
“11 people were involved; 10 were injured and sadly one person lost his life.
