Nollywood actors and actresses have turned Baba Suwe’s residence to a sort of Mecca after news of his illness went viral on social media.

The veteran comic actor is battling with partial stroke. In a radio interview with Kola Olootu on Lagelu FM, he revealed he does not have the required funds to facilitate his treatment abroad.

However, Baba Suwe’s colleagues in the industry have rushed to support the actor.

Nollywood actor Kunle Afod, who was at Baba Suwe’s Ikorodu home on Tuesday, February 19, revealed that the actor looked hopeful and strong.

He noted that Baba Suwe was his usual self, cracking jokes with him during his visit.

Others who visited Baba Suwe include Afod, Sanyeri, Adekola Tijani.

After the visit, Kunle Afod wrote on Instagram

Visiting Babtunde Omidina (baba suwe) yesterday was joy for me ..

Thank God he’s still alive ..

He was happy to see us 

Cracked some jokes and all I see in him was hope for survival and be strong again..

I pray to God to give him good health and bring him back fully to active time …
