Kelechi Iheanacho, one of Super Eagles’s strikers, has led Manchester City, his English Premier League team to maximum success in their match against Hull City on Boxing Day.

The Pep Guardiola-led team had laboured really hard in the first half of the game to create a cutting edge against the hosts but they could not succeed, with all signs pointing to the fact that they were missing their key talisman, Sergio Aguero.

They however, resumed the second half on a much improved note and after Yaya Toure’s opening penalty kick, Iheanacho followed with a well-taken strike while a deflected Raheem Sterling shot ensured maximum points for the Citizens.
