Nigerians lambaste lady who used Buhari as excuse for not giving alms in Lagos
A lady has infuriated Nigerians after a video of her lambasting a child who begged her for alms went viral on the internet.
The video, seen by WuzupNaija, showed the woman telling the child, who is of Fulani/Hausa origin, she will not be parting with a kobo because her people voted in President Muhammadu Buhari in the February 23 election.
The lady could be heard saying:
“Comot for my moto, no be una vote for Buhari”
But Nigerians have gone on Twitter in anger, criticising the lady and pointing out that the less-privileged girl is not eligible to vote.
Some Nigerians reacted to the video as seen below:
“Get out of my motor, you all voted for Buhari” – Angry Nigerian lady yells at less-privileged Hausa-Fulani girl who was begging her for money.

Fear the wrath of God. No condition is permanent sis, if you’re getting this pray for forgiveness ASAP.

Is that a condition or a trade?
We need to redefine the truth about some situations.
Some of them make 5k per day at least= 150k per month. Offer them trade and job, they won’t listen.Whoever doesn’t give them is made to look bad.

Guy go and give them ur salary, they believe Nigeria is good when u give them money so now they will know the next level they’ve voted for. Let the government who steal all the money make preparations for them. It is possible. Thanks

Its a video like this that sums up the mental states of the so called educated and socially expose Nigerians. It’s poor and petty sentiment like this that show how majority of Nigerians lack the wisdom to understand the real issues.

It is better for her to roll up and keep shut than using Buhari as an excuse. Is the poor girl eligible to vote? Was it her fault that Buhari got voted? Pls let’s stop this hypocrisy and be humane for once.

These ones have never given alms to beggars even when their corrupt PDP ruled Nigeria. They are just attention seekers.

We have never been so divided in this country than we are now. It’s rather unfortunate. That’s what this government puts us into.
