Nigerian brothers who reportedly attacked Jussie Smollett suffer job scarcity
The Nigerian brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo who allegedly beat up Jussie Smollett in what Chicago police has called a staged attack are paying for it because their acting careers have taken a major blow.
Jussie had reported to police that he was attacked by two white men wearing MAGA hats who hurled homophobic and racial slurs at him.
According to TMZ’s sources, the brothers have not landed an agent in the weeks following the news of the attack and their arrest.
Abel was singed to Gray Talent Group a month before the Jussie Smollett case but was dropped shortly after the incident.
The report said the brothers have reached out to about 10 top agencies in Chicago and none has shown interest in signing them, even though it’s pilot season in the TV business.
The brothers’ fitness business is also taking a hit, according to TMZ, however, Abel’s boxing career in on the rise as he recently won the Chicago Golden Gloves Finals this month.
