Nigeria records 252 new cases of Covid-19, toll now 52, 800
Nigeria has recorded 252 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday night, making the toll now 52,800.
This was disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its official Twitter handle.
NCDC revealed that 39,964 patients have now been discharged with 1007 patients losing their lives to the Coronavirus.
NCDC further revealed that Plateau State had the highest number of infections on Tuesday with 50 cases, with Enugu State following with 35 cases, and Rivers State with 27 cases.
