Brazillian striker, Neymar, has told the decision-makers at Paris Saint-Germain [PSG] to sell him back to Barcelona.

According to Marca the 27-year-old said the request was not a public one, but a private one between the forward and PSG director Leonardo.

According to the online sports news platform, Neymar knew that Barcelona were preparing another offer and he is aware that now is the decisive moment in this summer transfer saga.

It has been made clear to Leonardo that the Brazilian wants to return to his former home, and not go to Juventus or Real Madrid.

A Blaugrana delegation travelled to Paris on Tuesday to meet with Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Leonardo and to present a new offer, one of 170 million euros and one that could include Ousmane Dembele.

French media have reported that PSG would like Nelson Semedo to form part of a deal, but the right-back doesn’t want to move to the Parc des Princes.

There are just six days to go in the market and Barcelona have taken the lead in the Neymar race, boosted by his desire to move to the Camp Nou.

That said, Juventus and Real Madrid are waiting in the wings as nothing is decided yet.
