After two failed marriages, Melaye prepares to wed again
Senator and Politician, Dino Melaye, has tickled the fancy of his followers after he announced that he may walk down the aisle again with his new wife-to-be.
Recall that Melaye two previous marriages crashed amid controversies, cheating scandals and domestic violence.
In 2003, he married his then-lover, Tokunbo with whom she birthed three children before seeking a divorce in 2013.
Tokunbo had filed for divorce following allegations that Melaye abused her physically.
She further alleged that the senator was constantly having illicit affairs, which led to death threats anytime she challenged him on the matter.
One of such controversial affairs was with Alero Falope who Melaye allegedly dated for four years while still married to his wife.
A year after her wife secured a divorce, Melaye married Falope, precisely in 2014.
Unfortunately, the second marriage again hit the rock after the second wife accused Melaye of physically abusing her in similar fashion amongst other things. she subsequently divorced him six months after they tied the knot.
Again, rumours fuelled the internet last year when Senator Dino Melaye and actress, Iyabo Ojo, were said to be neck-deep in love. set While none of the parties dispelled the reports, Melaye responded saying “Ohun to ba wu elenu lo le fi enu soo..efi won sile..eje kan ma so loo…Meaning people can decide to say whatever with their mouth”
“Make una no worry i go soon marry…koboko na im she go take follow una. Jobless people. I beg give me toothpick make l comot one kpomo wey hang for my molar.”
See post below;
Melaye has three children, two boys and a girl. Nothing, however, is known to the public about the children’s mother(s).
In September 2020, one of his sons graduated from an undisclosed school.
